Return Policy
Change your mind
You may only return full price items within 7 business days of purchase (or 5 business days after receipt for Pre-sale items) provided that items are unopened and in their original packaging. You must provide a copy of our invoice noted the returned items for us to identity the purchase.
You are responsible for the original and return shipping costs. You will be refunded the invoice value less the shipping costs.
Sale items - discounted products & promotional items
There are no returns on sale items unless they are found to be faulty. All sales for clearance, promotional and discounted stock are final and no exchanges can be processed. Please choose carefully.
Non-returnable items
The following items cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons: socks, tights, shoes and all hair accessories.

Faulty products
In the rare occurrence that you receive a damaged or faulty item please contact us immediately via email info@floraldeer.com.au.
If the item is deemed faulty we will offer a replacement (if we have a replacement in stock) or refund once we have received the returned item.
We cannot process a return if
- we do not get the opportunity to view and inspect the fault, or
- the return isn’t done according to our instructions.
We will cover the costs of return shipping.
