Floraldeer

Floraldeer is a tade name of Elpmis Baby Pty Ltd. In this Terms and Conditions, the reference to “Floraldeer”, “we”, “us” and “ours” means Elpmis Baby Pty Ltd and, where applicable, includes its directors, agents, and employees.

Price

All prices shown on the Floraldeer website are in Australian Dollars (AUD).

Promotional codes

Promotional codes cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer and/or do not apply to sale items unless otherwise noted.

There may be special exclusion of certain collections from the use of Promotional Codes in different promotional campaigns. Details of such exclusion will be stated on this website during the promotional campaigns. 

Placing and accepting orders

Your order is not considered placed until payment in full has been received by Floraldeer.

We accept your order when a cleared payment is received by us, subject to our rights to cancellation specified in this Terms and Conditions.

Pre-order items

When place an order for item(s) marked Pre-order, you are taken to accept a long delivery time frame and the possibilities that such order may be cancelled due to the fact that our wholesale orders may not always be fulfilled by suppliers.

Your order with Pre-order item(s) may be split and shipped separately.

Cancellation

Our right to cancellation - We reserve the right to provide good and service, edit or cancel orders at our sole discretion at any time. We will not be held liable for loss and damage arising from the exercising of these rights.

Cancellation by you - You may contact us to cancel orders before shipment has been made. However your cancellation is processed within our sole discretion.

Floraldeer is not responsible for any loss or damage caused by late delivery or cancellation of an order or an item.

Delivery address and contact details

You must ensure the delivery address and contact details are correct. In the event that a parcel is returned to us due to failure to be collected from the post office or an incorrect or incomplete delivery address and/or contact details, you shall be responsible for the return shipping cost.

A re-delivery shall be arranged by us once the correct delivery address and/or contact details are provided. You will be charged a re-delivery shipping cost in this situation.

Liability

In using this website you agree and accept that Floraldeer is in no way legally responsible for any loss or damage you might suffer related to your use of the website, whether from errors or from omissions in our documents or information, any goods or services we may offer, purchases made on the website or from any other use of the website. Your use of any information or materials on this website is entirely at your own risk, and Floraldeer shall not be liable for any loss or damage suffered by you or a third party.
